Legacy at the Crib is a community-based, grassroots, by-and-for nonprofit organization. We are dedicated to providing transitional housing and reentry services specifically for men and youth who have recently been released from incarceration. Our mission is to offer support to men after incarceration, ensuring they have safe housing, life skills, and family-centered support that restores purpose and helps build generational legacies.
This program offers community-based reentry services led by individuals who live and work in the community. Services include transitional housing with a maximum stay of six months, case management, employment and resource navigation, family reunification support, peer mentorship from formerly incarcerated individuals. This program creates individual plans designed to assist individuals to move towards self-sufficiency and reduce recidivism.
The program offers a communal style living environment accommodating two people to a room. This transitional housing comes fully furnished with all the essentials necessary for comfortable living. We provide a food pantry and fresh fruit and vegetables. We also offer access to a wellness and exercise room.

Your donations help provide essential resources for reentry services aimed at supporting men after incarceration. Together, we can offer case management, transitional housing, and a safe place to start anew. Join us in making a difference in their lives today!
